Standard Shipping within Continental U.S. and International Shipping:

We use USPS Priority Mail as our primary shipping method, however on occasion we use UPS and other freight companies Shipping charges for orders of 2 lbs.or less will be a flat rate shipping charge of $6.95. Orders over 2 lbs. may be charged actual shipping cost. The items in your order and the warehouse they ship from will determine what shipping method is used. We can ship most items to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO / FPO and International addresses, however actual cost will be used and in some cases only express shipping may be available. We currently do not ship outside of the United States,Canada, UK and Australia. Any orders placed with a shipping address outside of the United States,Canada,UK and Australia will be cancelled. International orders will be charged actual cost including insurance plus a $3.00 handling fee. In the event that your express shipping charges will be more than what appear on your invoice, we will e-mail you to confirm the additional charges.

Orders are typically processed in 1 - 3 business days (Monday - Friday) and Ground delivery typically takes an additional 3 - 14 business days unless otherwise noted. Processing times and delivery dates for ground shipments are not guaranteed. Some larger items ship directly from the manufacture's warehouse. We have made these arrangements with the manufactures to keep our prices as low as possible and we pass this savings on to you. These items can take up to 10 business days or more for delivery. Depending on what items are ordered, your shipment may arrive in multiple boxes and on different days. Excessively large orders or orders containing large items will be charged actual shipping cost. In the event an item is damaged in shipment, we will not be responsible for damage during shipping.
